TRACC & POMS Conference, 9-11 April 2019, Cape Town

More than 120 senior business leaders from over 30 companies attended the 2019 TRACC & POMS Conference in Cape Town. Attendees from Amazon, Distell, Nampak Bevcan, Aspen Pharmacare, Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, the Lean Institute Africa, and more, joined fellow operational excellence leaders to explore the changing world of work and identify strategies to drive sustainable growth in an era of digital disruption.

This 3-day event included site visits to Indigo Brands and Peninsula Beverage Company, the TRACC & POMS Conference and the TRACC Alliance best practice sharing session. At the TRACC & POMS Conference, CI leaders discussed strategies for creating sustainable business performance. POMS speakers offered their insights into the challenges posed by Industry 4.0, and examined the key technologies driving digital transformation.

Two engaging panel discussions centred on supply chain and operational excellence, and building momentum on the Industry 4.0 journey.

The TRACC Alliance offered TRACC users and CI practitioners the opportunity to network, share best practice, and discuss lessons learned on the road to continuous improvement success.
