Over the next 90 days, I will spend much of my time with clients and employees. I am here to listen, learn and provide a compelling vision for the future. Your feedback is vital as we cannot grow if we are not willing to learn. I am eager to learn from you, and to hear your insights.

Jay Milligan is the CEO at Competitive Capabilities International (CCi). Jay has over 30 years of operational leadership experience, championing more than 1,000 employees with multiple P&L responsibilities exceeding US$200 million across the technology, business services, financial services, energy, and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining CCi, Jay was head of National Sales at Westcor Land Title Insurance Company and Chief Revenue Officer at Stewart Title. Jay is an active member of The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) in the USA and a graduate of the University of Mississippi.
