I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new CEO of Competitive Capabilities International (CCi). When making the decision to join CCi, four areas stood out most:

  1. CCi’s extensive experience of more than 35 years as the leader in operational excellence and continuous improvement for manufacturing and supply chain.
  2. Our world-class TRACC product and platform that continue evolving with the needs of our clients.
  3. The immense experience and expertise of the CCi team and the can-do attitude that they employ to assist our customers.
  4. A world-class client base and community that any company would dream of having.

I chose to join CCi because we have an unparalleled capability to drive impact. Today’s advancements in technology and the leveraging of data give us the power to improve processes and engineering exponentially. Our software engineering team is continually developing new features to enhance TRACC Platform functionality. Our SMEs are continuously evolving the core content offering to align with what our clients have come to trust. And our client success teams are focused on ensuring that we provide comprehensive support to enable your success.

We will continue to grow the team and build the resources required to deliver the highest quality product and services to you. That includes world-class tools and applications to further enhance the TRACC offering.

Over the next 90 days, I will spend much of my time with clients and employees. I am here to listen, learn and provide a compelling vision for the future. Your feedback is vital as we cannot grow if we are not willing to learn. I am eager to learn from you, and to hear your insights.
